Today, Everts operates from a single, modern purpose built plant in Melaka, Malaysia, with automated balloon production equipment, and the latest silk screen printing technology that can print 5 colours or all round / global prints. Our lab continuously seeks improvement, with research and development activities on new formulations, shapes and colours ensuring we keep up today date with market needs and changes in the regulatory environment. Our packing department can work with different materials and has the flexibility to pack for our own internal branded products or private label, typically for large global retail chains. Our team has decades of combined experience and with the resources of our US parent company, Amscan, we have a strong foundation upon which to grow and continually improve our product range; at the same time, keeping up to date with the latest technology. We produce over 1 billion balloons annually with capacity for more, and typically ensure our balloon production is focused towards producing fresh products whilst keeping a reasonably stocked warehouse of approximately 100 million pieces across our entire range. We sell into the various markets for retail, promotional and decorator segments., with a range of over 45 shapes / sizes and vibrant colour pallet comprising over 60 colours. Our customers comprise of leading retail chains and distributors in over 50 countries around the world. One of our key priorities is balloon safety and in this area we consider ourselves to be one of the industry pioneers having certified our products with TÜV Product Safety GmbH in 1998. Our balloons are prepared using a specially prepared latex formulation that ensures they meet the latest and stringent standards of the European Union. We take pride and care over our environment and carry out practices to dispose of our waste that are safe to our surroundings as well as incorporate a high level of social responsibility in our daily work. To this end we have carried out various social audits, including the Business Social Compliance Initiative, created by the Foreign Trade Association of Europe, ETI code as well as SEDEX.
