Cano Industrial is a company dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of commercial and industrial glues and sealants. It began its work in 1959 and is located at Cayacoa Industrial Park Street, km18 Aut. Duarte, La Guayiga – Pedro Brand, Santo Domingo Province. Originally it was created to manufacture and supply glues for the incipient footwear industry, becoming the first factory of this type of product in the Dominican Republic. Currently, it also locally manufactures solvent-based flexo graphic inks for the plastic conversion industry, rubber-based and oil-based Offset inks for printing on paper and inks for Screen Printing, complementary products such as silicones, mastics, cement for PVC pipes "Oatey ”, glues for wood, among others and construction products such as waterproofing and sealants. In June 2010, as part of improving customer response and satisfaction, a production plant was installed for the operations of water-based adhesives and construction products at Carretera Palamara No.23, EL Pedregal, Km 22. At present, and due to the participation in the globalization processes and free trade agreements in which the country is located, the company has extended its commercial activity to international markets, with exports to some countries in North America, Central America and the Caribbean.
